For people who want
more from the work.

Not just a job that fills the day.

We are interested in people who want to think harder, take ownership, ask better questions, and leave behind work they are proud of.

Impulse is for people who want their work to mean something.

Some work keeps you busy. Some work makes you better.

We are interested in the second kind.

The kind where you stop asking only, “What needs to be done?”And start asking better questions.

  • Why will someone care?
  • What is the real problem here?
  • What are we trying to change?
  • Is this clear?
  • Is this good enough to put our name on?

That is the kind of work we want people to experience here. Not because it is always easy.Because it changes the way you think.

The work sits close to business. We do not make things just to finish a list.

  • A post has to say something.
  • A website has to make action easier.
  • A search strategy has to build demand.
  • A film has to make a story travel.
  • A report has to make the next decision clearer.
  • An AI workflow has to save time without killing judgment.

The format may change.

The point does not.

Make the work clearer.Make it sharper.Make it useful.

What we value

Care before someone checks.

The best people here do not wait for someone senior to find the mistake.

They see it first.

  • A weak line.
  • A careless typo.
  • A lazy reference.
  • A confusing update.
  • A missing follow-up.

Small things say a lot about how seriously someone takes the work.

Think before you make.

Speed matters here.

But fast work without thought usually creates more work for everyone else.

Before the file opens, the thinking should begin.

  • Who is this for?
  • Why should they care?
  • What needs to change?
  • What would make this better?

Use AI. Do not hide behind it.

AI is part of how we work.

It helps us research faster, explore more routes, reduce repetitive work, and build better systems.

But AI does not know when a line is technically correct and still completely dead.

That part is human.

That part is yours.

Take feedback without falling apart.

Your first draft may not survive.

  • Your idea may be questioned.
  • Your line may be rewritten.
  • Your structure may be pulled apart.

That is not personal.

That is the work asking to become better.

People who grow here are not the ones who get everything right the first time.

They are the ones who come back sharper the next time.

What you can expect here

You can expect real work.

  • Not fake responsibility.
  • Not exposure that means nothing.
  • Not learning that only exists in onboarding slides.
  • You will see how serious brands think.
  • You will understand why some ideas survive and others die in the room.
  • You will learn why clarity beats decoration.
  • You will see why speed needs structure.
  • You will understand how client trust is built in small moments, not big speeches.

Some days will be heavy.

That is the honest part.

The promise is not that this place will always be comfortable.

The promise is that the work will ask more of you, and you will get better if you meet it properly.

The Part You Actually Join

You do not just join a company.

  • You join the people.
  • The pace.
  • The pressure.
  • The jokes between reviews.
  • The small saves before deadlines.
  • The honest feedback.
  • The strange satisfaction of making something better than it was yesterday.

That is the real part.

Not the culture line.

The room.

You may fit here if

You want to get better at what you do.

  • You like being trusted.
  • You ask questions before making assumptions.
  • You care about the reason behind the work.
  • You can take feedback without turning it into a personal injury.
  • You are curious about brands, people, culture, technology, and growth.
  • You want to use AI to do better work, not to avoid thinking.
  • You do not need someone watching you every hour to care about quality.

You have appetite.

It can be quiet.

It can be loud.

But it has to be there.

Bring appetite. We will bring the standard.

We are not looking for people who are simply available. We are looking for people who read this and feel something familiar.

  • A little discomfort.
  • A little excitement.
  • A little sense that this place may ask more of them than their current one does.

That is intentional.

Impulse is not being built for people who only want a place to work.

It is being built for people who want a place that makes them harder to ignore.

Open Positions

Account Manager

Full-TimeMumbai, India5+ years

This role sits between clients and the internal team. The person in this seat manages calls with C-suite executives one hour, then pivots to supporting junior marketers the next.

This is not a client servicing role. It is not a subject matter expert role. It is both, in balance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client relationships across Growth Intelligence, AI Marketing Systems, and Brand Infrastructure engagements.
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams. Identify process breakdowns before they become client issues.
  • Own account outcomes. When things go sideways, this person fixes them. Their name is on the result.
  • Defend work internally when it's strong. Push back on client scope-creep without creating friction.
  • Read the room. Know when to use technical language to assert authority. Know when to drop it because clarity matters more.
  • Maintain account health through proactive communication, clear expectation-setting, and honest conversations.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Marketing expertise. Not just vocabulary. The ability to distinguish between sharp work and work that's been dressed up to sound sharp.
  • Deep understanding of processes and systems. Most account problems are process problems, not creative problems.
  • Command of language. The same sentence structured two different ways will either save an account or lose one.
  • Proven ability to own outcomes and turn around difficult situations.
  • Experience in enough client-facing scenarios to distinguish between real problems and reactive panic.
  • Spine. The ability to hold a line without being defensive. To say no without making clients feel small.

WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR

  • Resume keywords or agency pedigree.
  • Certifications or awards as primary proof points.
  • People who blame process when things go wrong.
