One of the biggest and fast-paced project that we accomplished was with HUL. When the GST (Goods & Services Tax) implementation date was announced, HUL wanted to inform and educate their distributors and their distribution chain about it. As a responsible organisation, their aim was to help their distributors to be updated about the updated tax structure and the ways to implement it.

We ran a WhatsApp campaign so that it would reach the intended audience in a most personalised way. The TG was spread across the country. We created White board animation videos, GIFs, infographics, text messages, and long-format text content to reach the audience. Because it was a nationwide campaign, we had to make this information available in eight languages.
